Terms of service
Account rules, acceptable use, data ownership, availability, the free pilot limits (25 animals, 2 facilities, 3 fields), liability and governing law. The company is being incorporated, so its legal details will be added when that is done. Greek text at zlapp.gr/oroi.
Privacy policy
What data is collected and why, the providers that process it (Supabase, Cloudflare, Zoho Mail, OpenStreetMap, Esri, Open-Meteo), retention, and your rights under the GDPR, including how to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. Greek text at zlapp.gr/aporrito.
In short: farm data belongs to the farmer, is never sold, and is never used for advertising. It is exportable as PDF and CSV, and deletable from inside the app.
Pilot requests
The pilot form stores your name, email or phone number, species, herd size and optional note in a private Cloudflare D1 database, with a date and request reference. The team uses these details to discuss your trial. They are not published and do not subscribe you to a newsletter. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion. Requests remain until the team deletes them; an automatic retention period has not yet been set for the pilot.
Cookies and usage counts
The website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Your browser stores your theme and usage measurement preference. We keep daily aggregate counts of page views, demo steps, form starts and app link clicks, grouped by language and page category. These counts contain no visitor identifier, form details or full page URLs. Turn them off using “Usage measurement” in the footer; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are also respected. To limit abuse, the API stores a temporary hash derived from IP address, a server secret and a time window. The website application does not store the raw IP in its database. These keys expire after two hours and are removed on the next API request. Cloudflare may process technical data to provide and secure hosting.
Deleting your account
Accounts are deleted from inside the app at any time. The full procedure and what is removed is described at delete account.
