Delete your account
You can delete your ZLAPP account at any time, from inside the app. Here are the steps and what gets deleted with it.
Steps
- Open ZLAPP and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile, section Account, and tap Delete account.
- To keep your data, tap Export data first. You will receive a file containing everything from your farm.
- Type ΔΙΑΓΡΑΦΗ, enter your password and tap Delete permanently.
What is deleted
- Your account, including your email address and sign-in details.
- Farms where you are the only owner, with all their data (animals, reproduction, health records, fields, crops, finances, machinery, facilities, journal) and their photographs. Members who had access lose it.
- Farms with another owner are not deleted: only you are removed, and the farm stays with the others.
- Other people's farms where you are a member are not deleted: only you are removed.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Cannot sign in?
Email [email protected] from the account's own address with the subject "Delete account". We will verify that the account is yours and delete it for you.
